Safer Communities Through Education

Tim Sosby
My name is Tim Sosby and I am a partner in Duneland CPR and Safety Training LLC. My partner (Tom Fieffer) and I formed Duneland CPR and Safety Training after teaching American Heart Association CPR Courses since 1997. Together we have instructed literally hundreds of people in the proper way of performing CPR. I am a 20 year veteran of a career, professional fire department where I am presently serving in the capacity of Lieutenant. I have also served as Assistant Fire Chief overseeing Emergency Medical Services and most recently served as Fire Chief. I am a state certified Paramedic in Indiana in which I received my initial certification in 1987. I am an Indiana Fire Service Instructor and an American Heart Association CPR Instructor. I look forward to being able to assist you with your training needs.

Tom Fieffer
Hello to tell you about myself I have been in the fire service since 1991.  I am a career firefighter/EMT.  I have also worked as an industrial firefighter.  I began instructing fire service classes shortly after joining the fire service.  In 1997 I became a BLS instructor following AHA guidelines.  Shortly after that I moved to instructor trainer.  I have a strong passion for teaching CPR because I feel it is the simplest and best health care that we as people can offer to those around us.  Everyone can learn to save a life.  I am proud that I have been a part of teaching about 7500 citizens in the communities of the Duneland area.
